Flex School

Flex School opens its classroom doors in February. All seminars are free and open to the general public.  Artist Tony Day will conduct his Laugh Yoga sessions with the purpose of practicing laughter. Participants go through a series of guided exercises that give opportunity to create and sustain laughter to leave you feeling more connected, more relaxed, and more centered on the positive.

Tony Day, native to Houston, makes paintings, prints, and sculptures, hosts laugh yoga, and is a teacher. His diverse practice deals with belief, freedom, the environment, and positive action. Day recently exhibited paintings in the show Believe What You Want, at Art Palace, hosted Laugh Yoga at Art League Houston and Gallery Sonja Roesch, and is an ongoing print participant at TheUnitStore. Day’s work has also been included in exhibitions at Lawndale Art Center, Diverseworks, O’Kane Gallery, and Box13 Art Space. He teaches visual art and video production at John H. Reagan High School.
